Real Time Athlete Tracking allows you to follow an athlete's progress through the course with split times, pace, transition times and position information.
At the start of the race you will see a link for the Athlete Tracker under the coverage tab of the event on the home page of Ironman.com. You can also access the coverage by navigating to "Events", then choosing the race you are interested in.
Our goal is to provide Live Athlete Tracking at every Ironman and Ironman 70.3 event in the series, but this is dependent on the event organizers being able to provide the appropriate data.
Text Updates will be offered at all Ironman events. Follow the progress of the race through updates and the leaderboard.
Pictures -- click on the picture tab to see photos from the race when offered.
Live video: We endeavor to provide live video at as many events as we can. Confirmed events with video for 2008 include:

Kona and Clearwater coverage: Our production goes into high gear for the World Championship races. In addition to the regular Ironmanlive coverage, thanks to extensive helicopter and motorcycle support, our cameras will be right alongside the leaders and high above the course. Live commentary will keep you informed and up to date with all the action.
Ironmanlive coverage, when offered, will start two days before the race with text updates and pictures. Live video (when offered) will start 30 minutes before race start.
